The next product in the range is Trackwary Listener. This package also has a one-off cost with no monthly fees, but is more expensive at $139.00. This package does not simply log calls in the same way as Trackwary Lite – it actually lets you to listen to calls as they happen! Furthermore, it can be used to listen in on the device’s surroundings, wherever it is. This software hides itself once it is installed; it starts itself when the phone is switched on, and if it is ever closed for any reason it will restart itself. Software settings can be changed remotely, and this can be done on the web from anywhere in the world.

The top-of-the-range package Trackwary Pro is broken into two products, with two different pricing models. First is Trackwary Pro Monthly, which costs $24.95 per month, and second is Trackwary Pro Complete, which costs $189.00 per year. The feature sets are identical, except that Trackwary Pro Complete allows installation on up to five devices, whereas Trackwary Pro Monthly only allows installation on a single device.

Obviously, if you are concerned about value for money, then Trackwary Pro Complete offers better value – but if you are happier with a monthly payment, then Trackwary Pro Monthly has that additional convenience, and does not require you to pay for a full year up front.

• Trackwary Pro has all the features of Trackwary Listener. It allows you to listen in on all calls on the target device, and to listen to the device’s surroundings. It also hides itself upon installation, starts itself when the phone is switched on, and will restart itself if it is stopped for any reason.
• Trackwary Pro allows you to track the BlackBerry device using its GPS receiver (if present).
• It logs all Tasks, Notes, Calendar items and Contacts.
• It keeps a log of all calls, in the same way as Trackwary Lite.
• Trackwary Pro will send you a log of all messages from BlackBerry Messenger.
• It will also email you all photographs and videos taken with the device.
• Finally, Trackwary Pro will also forward all emails that are sent to/from the device to you.
