@Scott above
This is not true that the software will only work with GSM networks.
I have a CDMA Blackberry as well as a GSM BB and Trackwary works perfect for me including call listening on both devices.
The only thing I can think of is maybe call your carrier and get them to enable 3 way calling? I have to agree it is hard to get ahold of someone there. but I never personally needed it as there is a tonne of FAQ/Docs etc to help me learn how to use the software :/

I am considering of buying a spyapp for a blackberry phone.
It would be very nice if you could gave me answers on a couple of questions;
- Is it also possible to read other massages as sms text? Specific as whatsapp or ping massages?
- do i see the registed name in the spyed blackberry phone within all the logs i can read in the log files?(or only the used number?)

Thanks in advance for the answers.

Greetings,
Richard

everything works with the trackwary stuff EXCEEEPT if you install it on a cdma device. After an exausting few weeks of
trying to figure out why I couldn't listen to actual calls on
the phone I'd installed the software on... I finally became
aware of the fact that something about the nature of cdma
technology (as opposed to GSM) that makes it impossible to do the 3way switch thing the program asks the phone to do.

Otherwise the trackwary program works.... It really sucks though.... because thats the only reason I bought the program. And there is no tech support at the company whatsoever. they just tell you that if it doesn't work you
didn't do it right. They absolutely keep it a secret that this feature absolutely will not work on any sprint or verizon phone......

so if you're with At&t fine... but if you have a cdma do not buy the pro version of trackwary.....

I don't know what happened with your install vince, maybe you didnt allow permissions? Support stressed that this was super important and I did miss it at first too.
ANyhoo, just wanted to add my 2cents - as a business owner I got the year plan from trackwary and it has installed and worked on 4 curves (8520, 8310 and 2 8330s) and on my own device for testing which is the 9700 bold :/

i have had three curves so far and not one has worked with trackwary. one the boost 8330 works but call injection wont work it shows me as calling in. i went and bought a new bb 8520 from tmobile and it still dont let me do call injection and it vibrates when i call into remote listen. then they said it dont work right with curves its tricky so i gto the new curve 3g and it was worse. so they said go to att bold 9700. all i want is to be able to listen to his call and they tell me to switch caries. i get no emials of pictures nothing all i can do is see the calls and texts i want to be able to hear them and i dont belive the call injection will work. but i am on my way to get a bold 9700 like they said and try it. but if you know of another company that works with tmobile i have 8330 8520 3g and now bold 9700 and someone has got to have this working with one of these.

The trackwary.com site seems to be down, but I remember it saying that Trackwary supports all BlackBerry series 8xxx and 9xxx running OS 4.5 and above. That would mean that the 9780 should be supported.
